What is elasticity commission?

Ola charges 30% commission on every ride. Commission elasticity allows the driver to vary commission depending upon on their reliability points

What are Reliability points?

It is a measure of drivers reliability and can be gained through taking short rides

How do these reliability points works?

Upon reaching a certain count the driver can avail an ola commission discount on any ride (Outstation or Long Intra-city rides) by using these points

How does this motivate to take more rides?

If a driver claims his reliability points benefit on long rides, he has to pay only 15% commission to ola. This will subsequently increase the earning on that particular ride.
